The construction volume must show improvement by December 2025. If the construction progress remains unchanged, the investor must terminate the contract with the construction unit.

Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee, Le Trung Ho, urged investors and construction units to be determined, constantly supervise, and work overtime and extra shifts to accelerate the construction progress according to the set plan.
