The exhibition introduces 80 vivid photographic works, recording the strong development of Hanoi after 5 years of implementing the Resolution of the 17th City Party Congress, reflecting the appearance of a modern, civilized and unique capital. Through the creative perspective of the artists, the public feels a dynamic Hanoi, a pioneer in innovation, inspiring the whole country.

The exhibition consists of two main parts. The first part: "Hanoi operates smoothly and effectively the two-level local government", depicts the positive changes when the two-level local government model officially comes into operation from July 1, 2025, with images of dedicated service staff and excited people when administrative procedures are quickly resolved.

The second part, titled “The 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030: A milestone in the new era”, depicted outstanding achievements in the fields of politics , economy, culture, society and urban areas, along with vibrant images of major events such as the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Editor-in-Chief of Economic and Urban Newspaper Nguyen Thanh Loi said that after 20 years of organization, “Hanoi in me” has become a meaningful annual cultural event, contributing to honoring the beauty of the capital and the people of Hanoi. From a small playground for senior artists, the exhibition has now become a prestigious cultural brand, attracting a large number of artists and the public.

The exhibition is open at the Temple of Literature until October 12, then continues to be displayed at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel until October 21.
