Nghe An: Highlights of November 19th

The Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issued regulations on the reward system for Party organizations and Party members. The regulations consist of 5 chapters and 15 articles. Accordingly, these regulations stipulate the subjects, standards, forms of reward, and the authority of Party organizations to decide on rewards; they also detail the reward process, documentation, and funding, as well as the rights and obligations of individuals and collectives receiving rewards.

Hundreds of meaningful gifts were presented by the youth of Nghe An to students and people in difficult circumstances in Con Cuong and Ky Son districts on the first day of the 2023 Winter Volunteer Program and the 2024 Spring Volunteer Program.

* Among the 24 teachers from Nghe An province honored by the " Educational Talent Development Fund" this year, two teachers, Mr. Le Van Hau from Quynh Luu district and Mr. Nguyen Nhat Duc from Thanh Chuong district, have left a particularly strong impression on their colleagues and students.

* From the beginning of November, when the Xa Doai oranges with their golden flesh begin to ripen, orange growers in Vinh eagerly begin the harvest season after a year of diligent care. This year, the yield of Vinh oranges is lower than in previous years, so the price of oranges will be higher.
