At the opening ceremony of the Dong Anh Commune Mobile Job Fair 2025, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Nguyen Thi Luong said: The Dong Anh Commune Mobile Job Fair 2025 is a meaningful social security activity, the first program under the Plan to support and develop the labor market, and create jobs for workers in the commune. It is also the first mobile job fair after the implementation of the two-level local government arrangement of Dong Anh Commune and Hanoi City.

At the Mobile Job Fair, 34 businesses participated in direct recruitment and enrollment with 1,698 recruitment, enrollment, labor export needs and a variety of positions, occupations with attractive salaries. The participating recruitment units are highly reputable and reputable units, recruiting in a variety of occupations. The Commune People's Committee hopes that through the Mobile Job Fair, businesses will recruit many targets, which means that many workers in the commune will have jobs, learn suitable occupations, meet their requirements and aspirations, increase income, stabilize life - contributing to ensuring social security in the commune.

According to Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Tay Nam, in the first 10 months of 2025, the whole city created jobs for 195,558 workers, exceeding the 2025 plan target by 15.71%; an increase of 0.59% over the same period in 2024. Notably, in the plan to arrange the city's satellite job exchanges, the City People's Committee approved the adjustment of 15 job exchanges, reducing to 9 satellite job exchanges, including 2 floors located in communes in the northern area of the city (Dong Anh Job Exchange, Soc Son Job Exchange); that shows that the City People's Committee and all levels and sectors continue to highly appreciate the dynamism, potential, and opportunities for socio -economic development and labor market development in the area, including Dong Anh commune.

The 2025 Dong Anh Commune Job Fair has the participation of a number of prestigious businesses and brands: Yamaha Motor Vietnam Spare Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Sumi-Hanel Wiring System Co., Ltd. The recruitment targets are diverse in occupations (Heads, Deputy Heads of departments, consultants, sales - marketing, production workers, QA staff, etc.), along with benefits and satisfactory income, creating favorable conditions for workers to find suitable jobs, while opening up many opportunities for students preparing to graduate. In addition, at the Job Fair, there are 350 targets for studying abroad and exporting labor to Japan, Korea, etc., providing more vocational training options for local workers.

Of the total 1,698 recruitment, enrollment, and labor export needs, there are 419 targets with income from 15 million VND or more, 961 targets with income from 10 to 15 million VND, 231 targets with income from 7 to 10 million VND, and 87 targets with income from 5 to 7 million VND.

Ms. Tuong Thi Thu (55 years old, from Tuyen Quang ) said: “I went to my relative's house in Dong Anh to visit and learned about the Mobile Job Fair. After being consulted, I found that the age and salary requirements were suitable and satisfactory to my wishes. Especially since I have no experience, the company will train me, which helps me confidently accept the job and will try my best to stay with the company for a long time.”

Sharing more about the significance of the Dong Anh Mobile Job Fair, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center Vu Quang Thanh said: “In addition to job fairs and direct job interviews between businesses and employees, the fair also includes career counseling activities for high school students; counseling and providing information on the labor market, labor export, vocational training, counseling on job-seeking skills, skills to participate in the labor market... In the coming time, other communes and wards in the city will continue to organize mobile job fairs, creating many job opportunities for employees.”
