On the afternoon of December 10th, the Vietnamese women's national team began their training session to familiarize themselves with the pitch in preparation for their crucial match against Myanmar in the group stage of the 33rd SEA Games. A serious atmosphere prevailed for over an hour, as the entire team focused on a single goal: victory to secure a place in the semi-finals.
The training session was scheduled to coincide with the match time (4:00 PM), aiming to help the players adapt to the hot weather and the quality of the pitch. Under the guidance of coach Mai Duc Chung and his staff, the team focused on tactical maneuvers, improving movement speed, teamwork, and ball handling in tight spaces. Every movement demonstrated the players' determination in the face of this major challenge.

At the training session, midfielder Thai Thi Thao, the scorer of an impressive hat-trick in the opening match, expressed her gratitude to the fans: "Everywhere we go, we feel the love and support of the fans. That is always a source of motivation for the whole team to enter the match with the strongest spirit."
Thai Thi Thao also showed respect for her opponent. She emphasized the influence of Myanmar's number 7 player, a player who has often caused difficulties for the Vietnamese team: "He has good technique and is very flexible in handling the ball. We must maintain maximum concentration to neutralize him and aim for the best possible result."

According to the plan, the team will hold a video analysis meeting on the morning of December 11th to specifically assess Myanmar's strengths and weaknesses, and then refine their tactical approach accordingly.
Coach Mai Duc Chung said that the entire team is in good physical condition, no one is injured, and their morale is very high. He encouraged his players to maintain their composure, leverage their experience, and improve on small details to perform even better in this important match.
With thorough preparation, a spirit of unity, and especially the enthusiastic support from fans, the Vietnamese women's team is heading into the match against Myanmar with the highest determination. The goal of coach Mai Duc Chung and his team is nothing less than victory, a stepping stone to conquering the long-awaited SEA Games gold medal.
