After 13 years with the club, the number 86 defender has played in over 100 matches, accumulating more than 6,000 minutes of playing time and making significant contributions to the achievements of The Cong Viettel, as well as being called up to the national team.

In their farewell announcement, the military team praised Tien Anh as a professional player, consistently ranking among the team's best in terms of physical fitness and endurance. His tenacious playing style, speed, and accurate crosses earned him the nickname "the whirlwind" on the right wing, making him an indispensable pillar under coach Popov in the V.League 2025-2026. After 11 rounds, he is the team's top assist provider with 3 assists.
