Gia Lai Province Ethnic Culture Festival

Gia Lai Ethnic Culture Festival is an annual event organized by the province to preserve and promote the cultural heritage of ethnic groups. In 2025, the fourth event took place on April 12-13 at Dai Doan Ket Square (Pleiku City) with the participation of nearly 800 artisans. The main activities include gong performances, folk songs, folk dances, reenactment of community living spaces, traditional costume performances and folk games.

Introduction: With the goal of preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values ​​of ethnic minorities in Gia Lai Province, every year the Province organizes the "Ethnic Culture Festival" in 66 areas of the Province. During the festival, cultural activities, entertainment, gong exchanges take place enthusiastically and bustlingly. This activity also creates conditions for the young generation of ethnic minorities to continue the rich cultural identity of the Central Highlands and is also a place for tourists to participate in exchanges and experience ethnic cultures.
