HNP - On the afternoon of November 5, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Mai ward organized a dialogue conference between the Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council and Chairman of the People's Committee with the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people in the ward in 2025.

In the first 10 months of the year, Hoang Mai ward's budget revenue reached 44,466 million VND, reaching 123% of the estimate. Estimated implementation in 2025 is 46,648 million VND, reaching 125%, ensuring to exceed the assigned estimate.

The Ward People's Committee has directed the review and statistics, strictly managing the public land areas managed by the old Ward People's Committee and handed over to the new Ward People's Committee. Up to now, 09 land use right certificates have been issued, and 5 more certificates are being prepared.

For the Tam Trinh road construction project, the ward has approved 42 land acquisition plans with the amount of 352,917 million VND; For the project to build a road connecting Dong Tau urban area to Giai Phong road: 40 Certificates of land origin (adjustment) have been issued for 40 households at Dong Tau road project.

The ward has also reviewed all parking lot planning blocks, licensed and unlicensed parking lots in the area, as a basis for handling violations as well as developing a plan to manage the static traffic system to meet the needs of the people.

At the Conference, the ward leaders received and answered many opinions and recommendations from the people on many issues related to people's lives, such as: Resolving backlog of records in granting certificates of property and residential land ownership; requesting consideration of granting land use rights to households in the Tam Trinh road project; removing difficulties in implementing resettlement policies for households whose land was recovered in projects; speeding up the progress of the Minh Khai - Yen Duyen - Ring Road 3 project, community activity house...

The issues raised by the people have been discussed and clarified by the leaders of Hoang Mai ward, who affirmed that they will soon inspect and direct implementation, responding to the people's legitimate aspirations on the basis of compliance with the law.

Speaking at the Conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Hoang Mai Ward Nguyen Xuan Linh affirmed that the ward leaders will accept all 44 opinions and recommendations sent by people to the dialogue conference and 9 opinions expressed directly.

Emphasizing the practical significance of organizing dialogues when implementing the 2-level local government model, comrade Nguyen Xuan Linh said that the ward will organize at least one meeting and dialogue every quarter to better control the issues being resolved; at the same time, listen to the issues people propose from residential areas.

According to the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Hoang Mai Ward, Nguyen Xuan Linh, in the coming time, land data needs to be carefully reviewed by specialized departments and informed so that people can clearly understand their rights and obligations and comply with the provisions of the law. Hoang Mai Ward will also review and adjust the planning, and pay attention to issuing land use right certificates for qualified places.

Considering that the infrastructure and lighting issues in the ward are currently not synchronous, comrade Nguyen Xuan Linh informed: From now until November 15, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee will report to the Secretary and Head of the Residential Group on the content and investment tasks for the entire infrastructure of the residential area so that Party members and the People can know.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Linh also requested Party members and people to unite with the ward Party Committee and government to well implement a number of important tasks in the coming time: Election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; National Great Unity Day..., to organize solemnly, in accordance with regulations and ensure a joyful and united atmosphere in the community.
