Two consecutive cases of illegal drug possession were discovered in Rach Gia ward.

On the afternoon of November 6, An Giang Provincial Police said that on November 5, the authorities consecutively discovered and caught two cases of illegal drug possession in Rach Gia ward (An Giang province).

At about 9:30 a.m. on November 5, the police force conducted an administrative inspection at a house on Nguyen Trung Truc Street, Rach Gia Ward ( An Giang Province), and discovered Quach Nghia (37 years old, residing in An Giang Province) illegally storing drugs.

Evidence seized in Nghia's wardrobe included a nylon bag containing white crystals suspected to be drugs and a glass bottle with a plastic straw and a glass pipe - tools used for drug use.

At around 11:30 a.m. the same day, at the intersection of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Nguyen Van Cu streets (Rach Gia ward), the police force continued to discover Truong Hoang Kiet (33 years old, residing in An Giang province) illegally storing drugs. The seized evidence included 2 nylon bags containing white crystals suspected to be drugs.

Both cases are being investigated and clarified by the An Giang Provincial Police Investigation Agency.
