The National Great Unity Festival of Ward 4 (Rach Gia Ward) is one of 16 residential areas and inter-residential areas that organized a model festival of the province. Delegates and people organized and participated in folk games, praising collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in 2025.

Specifically, the organizing committee presented 10 gifts from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; 10 gifts from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Rach Gia ward and 20 gifts from Ward 4 to poor, near-poor and disadvantaged families in the area.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 1 individual; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Rach Gia ward awarded certificates of merit to 4 collectives and 5 individuals with many contributions to the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas in 2025".

At the festival, the Front Work Committee and the leadership of Ward 4 signed the emulation covenant for 2025, with 6 contents calling for and mobilizing people in the residential area to implement together.
