The direction and operation of the Commune People's Committee has been carried out effectively, ensuring the comprehensive leadership of the Party Committee and supervision of the Commune People's Council.

From July 1 to September 30, the Commune Public Administration Service Center received 1,411 applications, of which 1,218 were received online. As a result, 1,284 applications were returned before the deadline and 95 applications were late.

However, the commune still faces many difficulties: the headquarters is not yet secure, some civil servants are assigned inappropriate jobs, there are difficulties with software, some regulations between the superior sectors are not synchronized, causing difficulties in handling administrative procedures for the people...

Delegates attending the supervision session discussed many contents revolving around the preparation for the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels, term 2026-2031, on personnel, regular operating expenses of communes, arrangement of public investment funds and necessary expenses for the operation of local governments at 2 levels, on payroll, personnel, training and fostering of civil servants..., helping to improve work efficiency and serve the people better.

Concluding the survey, Ms. Le Thi Thuy Kieu - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council agreed with the report and comments at the survey, sharing the difficulties of the commune in the process of operating the 2-level local government.
