HNP - On the morning of November 6, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Yen So ward organized a dialogue conference between the Party Secretary - Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman of the People's Committee of the ward with the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people in the area.

Implementing the 2-level local government management model from July 1, 2025 up to now, the Yen So Ward Party Committee has focused on leadership and direction urgently, flexibly, resolutely, in accordance with reality, synchronously and comprehensively deploying key tasks, achieving a number of positive results.

Total accumulated state budget revenue up to October 2025 reached 72.13% of the assigned target. The fields of land management, urban areas, site clearance, basic construction investment, and urban civilized order management received strong attention and direction. Social security work was ensured. The ward completed the investment, construction and put into use before the opening day for 3 new schools.

People also reported that in the area there is a situation of encroachment and misuse of land, abandoned houses causing environmental pollution...

Speaking at the Conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Yen So Ward People's Council Nguyen Minh Tam emphasized that since the two-level local government came into operation, the ward has always paid attention to listening to and absorbing opinions from the grassroots.

Regarding the development of Yen So ward in the coming time, comrade Nguyen Minh Tam said that the ward will urgently and seriously implement the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030. The ward leaders will listen to the opinions of the Fatherland Front, organizations and people in the area to synthesize and adjust appropriate solutions in all areas.

In particular, the ward will recommend the City to adjust unreasonable planning in the area, do a good job of land management, construction order, and site clearance. In particular, the ward will have to focus on completing important contents: site clearance for key projects; pay attention to school construction; ensure social security; build cultural institutions, entertainment and sports areas for the people. The ward's goal from now until the end of 2025 and 2026 is to continue to do a good job of handling administrative procedures, striving for 100% of procedures and records to be handled before the deadline, on time and with the right authority...
