Binh Minh Commune collects public opinions via VNeID application on draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress

HNP - On November 5, the People's Committee of Binh Minh commune organized a conference to deploy public opinion collection on the national electronic identification application VNeID for draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The 14th National Party Congress is a particularly important political event, with strategic significance for the country's development until 2030, with a vision to 2045. Organizing to collect people's opinions on draft documents is a democratic and practical activity, demonstrating the people's spirit of ownership, responsibility and trust in the Party, contributing to perfecting the country's development guidelines and policies in the new period.

The content of the consultation focused on three main documents: Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee to be submitted to the 14th National Congress; Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over 40 years; Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025) with proposed amendments and supplements.

The new point of this consultation is the application of the national electronic identification platform VNeID - a key product in the national digital transformation process. Thanks to that, people can easily access, read documents, and send comments online quickly, publicly, transparently and with information security.

Collecting opinions via VNeID not only helps shorten the time for synthesizing comments, but also promotes the people's right to mastery, mobilizing the intelligence of the entire people to participate in building the Party and State.

At the Conference, Vice Chairman of Binh Minh Commune People's Committee Vu Manh Tuan emphasized that collecting public opinions is an important political task that needs to be carried out "in accordance with the correct procedures, ensuring democracy, science , transparency and convenience".

He requested to mobilize the entire political system to participate, encourage people with level 2 identification accounts to participate in giving opinions; at the same time, step up propaganda and guidance so that all people can participate easily.

According to the plan, Binh Minh Commune Police will take the lead in organizing and coordinating with villages and schools to arrange fixed and mobile support points to guide people in activating VNeID accounts.

The Commune Culture - Information and Sports Center strengthens propaganda on the radio system, electronic information portal and Fanpage. The Commune Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and other organizations, based on their functions and tasks, mobilize members to participate.

Schools mobilize staff and teachers to support people and propagate to parents and students; Party cell secretaries and village chiefs preside over and summarize results in the area; businesses disseminate information for workers to participate.

Collecting public opinions through the VNeID application in Binh Minh commune demonstrates the spirit of innovation in leadership and administration; is a step to concretize the policy of digital transformation at the grassroots level, towards building an e-government to serve the people. The consultation period is from November 1 to 15, 2025. The results will be compiled daily and sent to the Hanoi People's Committee before November 15.
