November 9, the promulgation of the 1946 Constitution, was determined as the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which was officially specified in the Law on Dissemination of Legal Education in 2012. Up to now, the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam Law Day) has been organized synchronously throughout the political system.

The ceremony to respond to Vietnam Law Day is an event of important political and legal significance, a highlight in the series of activities responding to Vietnam Law Day.

At the Response Ceremony, delegates watched a report on the results of law making and enforcement in recent times; launched the official version of the National Law Portal with many new and superior features, serving people and businesses in finding legal information; answering questions about the law and serving State management of law making and law enforcement in the digital environment in a timely, convenient and effective manner.

Within the framework of the Response Ceremony, collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in law-making and enforcement were rewarded; the 3rd Law Model Award was honored; and a number of outstanding collectives and individuals in law-making and enforcement were exchanged.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Tran Thanh Man - Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly emphasized that in 2025, the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat issued many important policies and decisions, including Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW of the Central Committee on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era, demonstrating the Party's political determination in innovating law-making and enforcement.

To continue to strongly spread the meaning and goals of Vietnam Law Day, the National Assembly Chairman suggested that all levels and sectors continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously and effectively implement Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution No. 197/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies to create breakthroughs in law-making and law enforcement; resolutely implement the direction of General Secretary To Lam to turn the legal system into a competitive advantage, and build laws that are considered "breakthroughs of breakthroughs"; promptly issue detailed regulations and instructions on the implementation of laws and resolutions. The Ministry of Justice strongly promotes the features of the National Law Portal in serving people and businesses. Each cadre, civil servant and public employee needs to promote their role and responsibility to set an example, be proactive, positive and self-conscious in studying, researching, understanding the law and complying with the law.
