Functional departments inspect the wastewater treatment system of enterprises.
Accordingly, the province has put into operation 5 automatic and continuous air monitoring stations; 9 automatic and continuous surface water monitoring stations; 135 wastewater monitoring stations and 50 emission monitoring stations of enterprises in the former Tay Ninh province.
All data from the stations are transmitted directly to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for monitoring and supervision. The basic monitoring results accurately reflect the current production and waste treatment status of the facilities, helping authorities promptly detect and handle violations.
The station system operates with a monitoring frequency of 5 minutes/time, data is transmitted in .txt format according to the provisions of Circular No. 10/2021/TT-BTNMT, dated June 30, 2021 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment ). This data is also forwarded to the Ministry via Envisoft software, ensuring consistency in management, sharing and exploitation of information nationwide.
Along with that, Tay Ninh has completed the data connection of 73 underground water exploitation stations and 1 surface water exploitation station, monitoring the exploitation flow parameters, water level, with a minimum frequency of 30 minutes/time. Data transmission is carried out in accordance with Circular No. 17/2021/TT-BTNMT, dated October 14, 2021 on monitoring the exploitation and use of water resources.
The province also built and installed 6 self-recording water level and temperature measuring stations in the area of the former Long An province. Each station has 6 monitoring wells equipped with automatic equipment, operating continuously. Data is retrieved periodically every month, serving the work of monitoring water source fluctuations, early warning of pollution risks, drought and environmental change.
Along with this system, Tay Ninh also operates 19 automatic water level measuring stations in the Duc Hoa irrigation area (belonging to the Phuoc Hoa Irrigation Project), contributing to the management, regulation and effective use of water resources in the area.
The synchronous operation of the automatic monitoring station network helps Tay Ninh province improve its environmental monitoring capacity, apply digital technology in resource management, and provide timely and accurate data for forecasting, warning and policy making for sustainable development./.
