Recently, the Central Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat have issued many resolutions, conclusions and directives to create development breakthroughs in various fields, especially the requirement to promote rapid and sustainable growth in the new development stage of the country.

However, the Politburo emphasized that the growth requirements for 2025 and the 2026-2030 period are very high, posing many difficulties and challenges, requiring very thorough and fundamental preparation, but also very urgent, and cannot be delayed.

The Politburo emphasized that the opportunity must not be missed to complete the goals of the 13th National Party Congress and successfully implement the two strategic goals for national development by 2030 and 2045.

From the above situation, the Politburo requested to immediately focus on directing the completion of preparations for the operation of financial and monetary markets and institutions (including the International Financial Center; Digital Asset Exchange; Gold Exchange...).

The Politburo also requested to start construction of a number of important national projects in the fields of transport, energy, infrastructure and projects using large public investment capital such as the Eastern North-South Expressway Project; Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Plant Project; International Railway Project... from the beginning of 2026.

At the same time, the Politburo assigned Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to continue to thoroughly grasp, promptly institutionalize, organize and fully, substantially and effectively implement the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions, focusing on Conclusion No. 199 of the 13th Central Conference of the 13th tenure on socio-economic development in 2025-2026; the Politburo's Resolutions (Nos. 57, 59, 66, 68, 70, 71, 72) and a number of resolutions to be issued in the coming time).

The Politburo also requested strict implementation of the conclusions and opinions of the Central Committee and the 13th Politburo on the direction of reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles for economic development associated with promoting the application of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.

In organizing implementation, the Politburo assigned the Government Party Committee and the National Assembly Party Committee to continue directing the amendment and completion of mechanisms, policies and laws on socio-economy with the growth target of 8% or more in 2025 and 10% or more for the 2026-2030 period.

The Central Inspection Commission was assigned to coordinate with the Central Organizing Committee and the Central Party Office to inspect the arrangement of the apparatus, decentralization, and delegation of powers associated with the 2-level local government model, and to cut down on internal agencies and organizations in the political system, as required by the Politburo.

Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Central Committee, Central Party Committees and agencies need to develop plans to implement the Conclusion in accordance with local conditions; regularly inspect and supervise the implementation and take the results of the Conclusion as one of the important bases for assessing the annual task completion level of individuals and organizations, heads of Party Committees, Party organizations, and State management agencies.
