QNgTV- Decree 291 amending Decree 103 on land use fees has applied a rate of 70% of land use fees within the limit and a rate of 100% of land use fees outside the limit for households and individuals.

Decree 291 of the Government recently issued amends and supplements a number of articles of Decree 103 regulating land use fees, land rents and Decree 104 on land development funds. The Decree takes effect from November 6, 2025.

Thereby, paying land use fees at 70% of the limit for households and individuals whose land has been used stably from July 1, 2004 to before July 1, 2014 and are now granted certificates of land use rights, ownership of assets attached to land, and land use fees by competent state agencies.

For the area beyond the limit, land use fee must be paid equal to 100% of land use fee calculated according to the policy and land price specified in the land price list.

Decree 291 also adds cases of land use fee exemption and reduction for households and individuals.
