QNgTV- The gross regional domestic product (GRDP) of Quang Ngai province in the first 9 months increased by 10.15%, ranking 1st out of 6 provinces and cities in the region and 5th out of 34 provinces and cities nationwide. The province's industrial production index increased by 10.22% over the same period last year.

Key industries such as petrochemical refining, metallurgy, electricity, food processing and pharmaceuticals are increasingly promoting efficiency and competitive advantages. Most notably is the strong development of Dung Quat Economic Zone - the center of petrochemical refining, metallurgy, energy and heavy industry in the Central region.
