Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to supplement the target of 35 billion VND in 2025 from the provincial budget reserve to support 16 communes and wards severely affected by storm No. 13.

Of which, Xuan Canh commune was supported with 5 billion VND; the remaining communes and wards including: Xuan Loc, Song Cau, Xuan Dai, Tuy An Dong, O Loan, Tuy An Nam, Binh Kien, Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen , Hoa Hiep, Hoa Xuan, Dong Xuan, Phu Mo, Xuan Lanh and Xuan Phuoc, each locality was supported with 2 billion VND.
This funding source is intended to help communes and wards urgently repair infrastructure works, schools, medical stations, cultural houses, roads, irrigation systems, etc. damaged by storms and floods; at the same time, support people to stabilize production and life.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards to be responsible for managing and using the funding sources for the right purposes, right subjects, publicly, transparently and effectively; absolutely not allowing loss or negativity to occur.
Localities must synthesize and report implementation results to the Department of Finance, Department of Agriculture and Environment and relevant agencies for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.
The timely allocation of 35 billion VND from the budget reserve demonstrates the province's attention and close direction in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, helping people soon stabilize their lives and restore production after the storm.
