Promoting support for the startup ecosystem among Dong Nai youth

At the ward square, a large number of union members and young people participated in a training program to improve business management capacity and digital transformation capacity for young entrepreneurs in 2025. The program was organized by the Provincial Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union in coordination with the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association.

At the program, young people listened to representatives of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, who are also business owners, share practical knowledge, modern management skills, strategic thinking, and stories about courage and confidence in the marketplace in the context of the digital economy and deep integration.

Also this morning, the Conference on connecting investment funds for startup projects in 2025 took place. Accordingly, 5 potential projects were selected to participate in presenting startup ideas to the Investment Appraisal Council, including: Project on building a HOYA flower ecosystem to create social impact, combined with developing local indigenous cultural tourism; Project on Ba Tu Store - Café & More; Project on Bu Dop Specialty Coffee; Project on Khanh An Green Trees; Project on Edubot - Programming education robot for high school students.

Regarding start-up activities, this afternoon, the Provincial Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union in collaboration with the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association organized the program "Meeting Mentors - Consulting experts to support the start-up business community in Dong Nai province in 2025". Union members and young people listened to Mentors, experts, those who have been accompanying and leading the start-up community in Dong Nai province share many valuable lessons about the start-up process, overcoming difficulties and achieving success; at the same time, giving advice to young people who are looking for a direction in starting a business.

Sharing at the program, Mr. Tran Quang Huan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chinh Nam Company, said that through real-life stories, youth union members have learned practical lessons about courage, creative thinking, perseverance and the spirit of daring to think and dare to do, the core factors that make up the success of entrepreneurs in the new era.

Mr. Tran Quang Huan, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Province Young Entrepreneurs Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chinh Nam Company: “Young people sitting in school are like baby eagles. If they practice continuously for a long time, the baby eagles will become brave eagles. What is practice? It is the discipline of training yourself in the learning environment. From now on, you should turn yourself into the best person in each subject. Practice your courage, perseverance, and determination through each subject. Prove that you can learn well in any subject with that perseverance. Through such persistent practice, you will gradually create a disciplined and courageous person, and that is the foundation, the core of an eagle.”

Activities related to supporting and promoting the startup ecosystem have also ended the second phase of the Dong Nai Youth Festival 2025, cluster 2 - Binh Phuoc ward. Cluster 3 with the theme "I love my Fatherland" is expected to take place from November 14 to 16, 2025 in Tran Bien ward.
