According to initial information, due to heavy rain that lasted for a long time during the night of November 10, the DT.765 road section through the market area of Hamlet 3, Song Ray commune was partially flooded, causing difficulties for people to travel. In that situation, the regular militia force and the force participating in protecting security and order of the commune quickly arrived at the scene, organized to guide and support people to move safely and regulate traffic, limiting congestion.

In particular, to ensure the safety of students and people in flooded areas, local authorities have mobilized vehicles such as pickup trucks and small trucks to take students to school and help transport motorbikes through flooded areas.

According to local residents, this area is often flooded during heavy rains, due to the water from surrounding streams rising and draining slowly. Therefore, ensuring traffic safety during the rainy season is always a special concern of local authorities.

DT.765 Road is over 28km long, starting at the intersection with National Highway 1 (Xuan Loc Commune, Dong Nai Province) and ending at the border with Binh Gia Commune ( Ho Chi Minh City). This is the route that connects the communes: Xuan Loc, Xuan Phu, Xuan Dong and Song Ray.
