Reporter: Congratulations on your new position. What were your first feelings when taking on the role of Deputy Executive Director of DHN Charity Fund?
Ms. Vu Hoang Ai My: I feel extremely honored to be entrusted with this important responsibility. This is both a source of pride and a huge responsibility. Because DHN Charity Fund is not only a simple charity organization but also represents the philosophy of "production and business associated with social security" of Hung Nhon Group and De Heus Group (Netherlands). For me, every charity activity carries within it the mission of helping the community to rise up and live healthier.

Ms. Vu Hoang Ai My: In modern society, there are still many people facing difficulties, especially victims affected by Agent Orange or poor households in remote areas. The establishment of the DHN Charity Fund aims to realize the humane idea of Chairman Vu Manh Hung and to connect resources to provide long-term, sustainable support to the people. In particular, the DHN Charity Fund is also our way of reaching out to those in difficult circumstances, because it is not only "giving" but also encouraging them to have more motivation to overcome difficulties in life.

Ms. Vu Hoang Ai My: Since its inception, the DHN Fund has implemented many meaningful charity programs in Tay Ninh province, a locality heavily affected by Agent Orange. Some notable activities include: building and donating charity houses to poor households in Tan Chau district (old); giving savings books to heroic Vietnamese mothers; supporting victims of Agent Orange and disadvantaged households; promoting food safety and supporting medical examination and treatment costs for people.
The programs of DHN Charity Fund not only have profound humanitarian meaning, but also contribute to raising awareness of food hygiene and safety, one of the hot issues today when dirty food is still seriously affecting public health.
