At the conference, Mr. Phan Xuan Toan, member of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee, announced the Decision of the City Party Committee Standing Committee on appointing Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Party Committee Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the City Military Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; announced the Decision of the City Party Committee Standing Committee on appointing Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee to participate in the City Military Party Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Pham Duc Tien presented the Decision and congratulated comrade Nguyen Dinh Trung; the City Military Party Committee also presented flowers to congratulate the new Party Secretary of the unit.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung expressed his honor and responsibility when being assigned the important position of Secretary of the City Military Party Committee.
