(Dan Tri) - The Prime Minister has just handed over the decision to accept and appoint the Permanent Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court.

On the afternoon of November 5, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the ceremony to announce the Decision to receive and appoint Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, as Permanent Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate .

Congratulating Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan on being assigned to an important position at the Government Inspectorate, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that this is a timely and necessary personnel addition for the Inspectorate, in the context that the whole country is preparing for the 14th National Party Congress and his predecessor, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, has just been appointed as Secretary of the Supreme People's Court Party Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan is a well-trained officer with in-depth expertise in the security sector; has extensive practical experience with more than 27 years of work, having held many positions at the central and local levels such as: Director of Thua Thien Hue Provincial Police; Deputy Secretary of Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee; Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court.

According to the Prime Minister, in any position, Mr. Doan always demonstrated political mettle, steadfast ideology, exemplary, dynamic, creative, constantly striving, excellently completing all tasks assigned by the Party, State and people; making positive contributions to the development of the industry, locality and the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

According to the head of the Government, over the years, the Inspection sector has achieved many outstanding achievements, making important contributions to the cause of national construction and development; always being a "shield" to protect discipline and the law, an "important tool" of the Party and State in inspection, examination, control of power and the fight against corruption, waste and negativity.

Entering a new phase, the Government leader emphasized that the Inspection sector continues to face many difficulties, challenges, and heavy and complicated tasks.

Therefore, it is necessary to focus on building a truly clean and strong Government Inspectorate Party Committee, and improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members. "The prerequisite is to build a team of clean, honest, courageous, impartial and impartial cadres," the Prime Minister emphasized.

Along with implementing the arrangement of the inspection agency system according to the two-level centralized model at the central and local levels, the Prime Minister noted that the industry should arrange for Chief Inspectors of provinces and cities who are not local people according to the conclusion of the Politburo, and complete the plan to submit to the Government and the Prime Minister before November 15.

The Prime Minister believes that in his new position with many new challenges, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan and the Inspection sector will be united, disciplined, honest, innovative, take decisive and effective actions, and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

He shared that although his time working in the Court sector was not long, this was a valuable experience that helped him gain more knowledge and experience in judicial work and in the division and coordination between State agencies in the implementation of legislative, executive and judicial powers.

In his new position, Mr. Doan pledged to make every effort, strive with the highest sense of responsibility, wholeheartedly, overcome challenges and obstacles, and contribute his best to the common cause so that the inspection work can truly be the sharp "sword" of the Party and State, and the support of the people.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan was born in 1975, from Ninh Binh. He is a member of the 13th Party Central Committee, with a PhD in Law.

He served as Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, Judge of the Supreme People's Court and was appointed Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court in 2024.
