MISA accompanies the Forum "Culture with Enterprises" in 2025

The event aims to concretize the spirit of Resolution 68-NQ/TW on private economic development, affirming business culture as a driving force for sustainable development, while spreading the values of standards - responsibility - humanity in the Vietnamese business community.

Chairing the press conference, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy emphasized: The Ministry and VNABC are implementing an action plan to convey the Party's message, encourage and spread the spirit of developing corporate culture, creating a widespread response in the Vietnamese business community.

At the event, Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy - Vice Chairwoman of MISA Board of Directors shared: "Culture directly affects the spirit and will of each member in the organization. Enterprises that want to develop sustainably need to strengthen the foundation of business culture."

In her role as Vice President of VNABC, she also called on organizations, associations and media agencies to join hands in spreading the national forum on culture, promoting the business community towards achieving business culture standards, creating its own identity, enhancing its position and contributing to the country's development.

This year’s forum, with the theme “Vietnamese Business Culture – Shaped by Breakthrough Thinking in the New Era”, will take place on December 21, 2025 at the Grand Plaza Hotel (Hanoi). The highlight of the forum is the first announcement of the “Set of Values for Vietnamese Business Culture – Hanoi 2025”, including the following component groups:

Fundamental ideological values
Core values
Standards of behavior
Business ethics principles
Criteria for implementing corporate culture

This set of values is expected to become the first national reference framework for Vietnamese enterprises in building a sustainable business culture, in line with the trend of international integration and the digital transformation era.

The National Forum on Culture 2025 received widespread coordination from Organizations, Associations, Press and Media Agencies.

In addition, the forum also includes outstanding activities such as thematic discussions, awarding certificates of Enterprises meeting Vietnamese Business Culture Standards 2025, honoring typical enterprises, awarding State-level rewards, and launching the Club of Enterprises meeting Vietnamese Business Culture Standards and the Club of Journalism with Business Culture.

Since being honored as a Vietnamese Business Culture Standard Enterprise in 2022, MISA has always accompanied VNABC in many activities, contributing to spreading the policy of building corporate culture. With its strengths in technology solutions, MISA continues to make efforts with the business community to create digital culture, promote identity and enhance the value of Vietnamese enterprises in both domestic and international markets.
