According to the consultant's report, at present, the draft land price list is being posted on the Provincial People's Committee's electronic information page, with the deadline for comments until November 16, 2025. Along with that, the Land Department under the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the consultant continued to organize 2 days of comments for 95 communes and wards. Based on the comments of the localities, the consultant discussed directly to agree on some remaining issues, and at the same time completed the draft (2nd time) and sent it back to the communes and wards to agree on comments in writing.
By November 10, although the deadline for collecting opinions on the second draft had expired, only 37/108 units (including localities, relevant departments and branches) had commented on the draft Resolution regulating criteria for determining land location areas; 44/130 units had commented on the draft Resolution regulating the Land Price List.

The second draft of the 2026 land price list has changed compared to the current land price list. Specifically, agricultural land prices in Binh Phuoc province (old) increased slightly from 1-1.4 times and in Dong Nai province (old) increased on average from 1.8-3.3 times compared to the current land price list. Regarding non-agricultural land prices, in Binh Phuoc province (old), some areas decreased from 10-25%, in some places decreased by 40%, while some places increased from 1.2-1.4 times; in Dong Nai province (old), residential land prices increased on average from 1.5-2 times compared to the current land price list.
According to the consulting unit, the progress of the task implementation is currently slow because many communes and wards have not yet sent documents to the Department of Agriculture and Environment; they must wait for the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to organize a conference for feedback.
In the coming time, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will work with the consulting unit to focus on synthesizing comments, editing, and completing the draft for the units that have commented. When there are comments from the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the department will accept and explain them in the draft resolution and submit them to the Land Price Appraisal Council.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang said: The land price list has a great impact on people, businesses, and the socio-economic development of the province. To ensure the process and timeliness, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, after having comments posted on the electronic information portal of the Provincial People's Committee and the feedback conference of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, will complete the drafts and send them to the Department of Justice for appraisal, ensuring completion before November 21 to carry out the next steps. The Provincial People's Committee Office advised on a document reminding wards and communes to have comments on the second draft of the land price list by November 13 at the latest.
