Nearly 2,400 houses in Aqua City have been licensed for sale by Dong Nai province.

(NLDO)- An additional 204 low-rise houses at Novaland's Aqua City project in Dong Nai are eligible to be put into business, bringing the number of "unleashed" real estate properties to 2,400 units.

The Department of Construction of Dong Nai province has just issued Document No. 2620/SXD-QLN&TTBDS confirming that 204 more low-rise houses in the Ever Green 1 subdivision - Aqua City riverside ecological urban area (Long Hung ward, Bien Hoa city) are eligible for business.

Thus, the total number of real estate properties in Aqua City that have been licensed to sign sales contracts is nearly 2,400 units.

According to the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province, all of the above-mentioned apartments fully meet the legal, land, technical infrastructure and detailed planning conditions of 1/500 that have been adjusted.

Previously, this agency also approved 874 units in River Park 2 subdivision (The Valencia), 576 units in Sun Harbor 2 subdivision (The Suite), 561 units in Sun Harbor 3 subdivision (The Elite 1) and 171 units in Ever Green 1 subdivision (The Grand Villas and The Stella) in the above project to be eligible for business.

Aqua project is being deployed vigorously to hand over to customers.

Novaland representative said that the project being confirmed as eligible for purchase and sale not only allows products to be signed and transferred in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate Business Law 2023, but also serves as a basis to ensure the rights of buyers, strengthening customers' confidence in the transparent and sustainable development of the market.

At the end of June 2025, Aqua City was approved to adjust the detailed planning 1/500, completing all three planning levels synchronously, marking an important turning point for the project to enter the comprehensive accelerated construction phase, which will contribute to "unleashing" products to hand over to customers, many investors have purchased projects here.

According to Novaland, to date, more than 1,000 villas and townhouses in this project have been handed over. In addition, a series of entertainment, sports , and culinary facilities have been continuously put into operation to serve residents, typically: Citigym Lifestyle Center multi-purpose sports center, Aqua Marina square and marina complex, Nova Mall shopping center, riverside restaurant and cafe chain, clubhouses and riverside parks...

In recent trading sessions, Novaland's NVL shares have attracted investors' attention again, with prices rising sharply by 10% in just 2-3 sessions. In which, the November 12 session hit the ceiling. The November 13 session is increasing by 350 VND/share, to 13,400 VND/share.
