(NLDO) - After impressive performances in 2025, Pham Le Xuan Loc (Military Region 7) has officially accepted an invitation from Quick Pro Team - a professional UCI racing team.

After impressive performances at the Tour of Poyang Lake 2025 and a series of excellent performances over the past two years, young racer Pham Le Xuan Loc (Military Zone 7) has officially accepted an invitation from Quick Pro Team - a professional racing team in the UCI Continental system, the continental competition level of the International Cycling Union (UCI). This is considered a special milestone not only for Loc himself but also for the Vietnamese cycling community.

Pham Le Xuan Loc's career turning point

Born in 2005 in Lam Dong , Pham Le Xuan Loc belongs to a rare group of young athletes who have both speed, endurance and the ability to climb hills - important qualities to go far in the international professional arena. In just a short time, Loc has affirmed his position as one of the most outstanding talents of the generation of Vietnamese racers.

The big turning point came in 2024 when Loc created an "unimaginable" achievement at the Return to Dien Bien Phu - Nhan Dan Newspaper Cup, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory. He won 4 noble titles at the same time: Yellow Jersey, Green Jersey, Red Dot Jersey and White Jersey, creating an unprecedented feat in the history of Vietnamese cycling and bringing Xuan Loc's name beyond national borders.

Pham Le Xuan Loc will explode in 2025

Under the Military Zone 7 uniform, Loc continued to affirm his outstanding performance. At the U23 National Youth Championship - 2025, he almost dominated the important events when he won 4 gold medals in the individual and road events. Not stopping at the youth level, at the National Cycling Championship 2025, Loc continued to surprise when he surpassed many experienced seniors with 3 medals: gold medal in the individual road, gold medal in the 40 km points and silver medal in the individual time trial.

With a huge record of achievements in just one season, Loc became one of the very few young Vietnamese racers to win gold medals in both youth and national categories.

Why did Quick Pro Team choose Xuan Loc?

Quick Pro Team is a racing team with a unique model: registered nationality in Estonia (Europe) but the core force comes from Asian countries such as Mongolia, China, Korea... This is a team that is considered "Asian with European passport" - combining endurance, discipline and the desire to rise up, typical of Eastern racers.
