Guidelines for decentralization and delegation of power in state management of science and technology

At Dong Nai bridge, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Science and Technology Pham Van Trinh chaired the conference. The conference was connected online to 95 communes and wards in the whole province.

At the conference, reporters from relevant units under the Ministry of Science and Technology shared and answered questions related to the mechanism, authority and responsibility between the Central and local levels in implementing decentralized tasks, coordination methods and inspection and supervision mechanisms in the field of science and technology.

At the same time, an overview of decentralization and delegation of powers in the fields under the state management authority of the Ministry of Science and Technology was introduced. These include decentralization and delegation of powers in the fields of digital transformation, online public services; quality measurement standards; intellectual property; post and telecommunications; nuclear radiation safety; financial and investment management activities in the fields of science and technology, etc.
