The club has 30 members, of which the Executive Board has 6 members. Mrs. Dieu Thi Hoa, in Bu Lu village, Bu Gia Map commune, is the club's Chairwoman.
The club operates on a voluntary basis, maintains activities, organizes exchanges and performances, and improves the cultural and spiritual life of ethnic minorities. Thereby, linking the preservation and promotion of cultural and artistic forms of ethnic minorities with tourism development.

Previously, on October 28, at the People's Committee of Bu Gia Map commune, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dong Nai coordinated with the People's Committee of Bu Gia Map commune to organize a training course to introduce the model of club management and teaching of M'nong ethnic folk culture and arts in the province. The training course aims to create conditions for people to exchange, learn experiences, preserve and promote cultural values, and strengthen the great national unity bloc.
