Automation technology helps factories optimize productivity, control quality and minimize errors, while international certifications such as BRC, SMETA, BSCI, Halal guarantee product reliability.

In Dong Nai, the OVFP factory is also a typical example of strict compliance with labor safety regulations. In particular, the company has implemented a series of environmental protection measures, including wastewater treatment, emission control, and waste recycling. In 2024, the factory achieved quality certifications from management agencies and customers on environment, quality, food safety, and social responsibility. This affirms that OVFP always maintains operations according to international operating standards.

These efforts help the OVFP factory not only become a modern factory, but also a safe and friendly working environment - where each employee is given the opportunity to develop and work safely. All join hands to build and strengthen the position as a center for safe food production, with added value and global reputation, contributing to shaping new standards for the Vietnamese agricultural processing industry.

Corporate citizenship and the journey to sustainable development

In addition to its production achievements, OVFP is also highly appreciated for its humane corporate culture and social responsibility, which is consistently demonstrated in the sustainable development strategy "Choices for Change" of the global ofi group.

At the factory, an in-house medical clinic is invested to take care of employees' health during working hours. The factory also organizes regular health check-ups, nutrition training, and especially breast cancer prevention training for female workers. During the COVID-19 period, the factory still maintained stable operations at high capacity, ensuring jobs and income for workers during difficult times.

In parallel, OVFP factory implements many community development programs: awarding scholarships with a total value of more than 350 million VND to students who are children of employees at the company in 2024; organizing volunteer activities "Giving is forever" at shelters and orphanages; and cooperating with educational institutions to help students acquire practical skills, creating stable and sustainable employment opportunities.

Mr. Nitin Bajaj talks about the pride of "Made in Dong Nai"

Mr. Nitin Bajaj, CEO of OVFP.

With over two decades of experience in the global food and agricultural processing industry, Mr. Nitin Bajaj, CEO of OVFP, has been with the company since the early days of its expansion in Vietnam.

From his first business trips to Dong Nai - the "green industrial capital" of the Southeast region, Mr. Nitin witnessed the journey of the OVFP factory from its initial design to becoming one of ofi's largest and most modern seed production centers.

In his eyes, Dong Nai is not only a factory location, but also a “second home”, where the dedication of hundreds of Vietnamese engineers and workers crystallizes and reflects ofi’s sustainable development philosophy: taking people as the foundation, innovation as the driving force and community responsibility as the guiding principle.

OVFP Factory was honored in the Top 10 Outstanding FDI Enterprises in Vietnam 2025. How do you feel about this milestone?

This title is the result of collective efforts, from workers, line operators, quality control specialists to management teams and growing partners, in which farmers are always at the center of the story. It is not only a recognition of the quality and sustainability of “made in Vietnam” products, but also demonstrates the growing trust of international customers in the capacity and reputation of ofi Vietnam on the global agricultural map.

After those achievements, what will the OVFP factory focus on in the next phase?

OVFP is committed to continuing to expand its business operations in Vietnam, strengthening its production capacity and applying technology in the coming time. The company will accompany the local community, creating many opportunities for sustainable development, while continuing to support and implement social initiatives in line with the sustainable development policy of ofi Group, in order to contribute to bringing long-term value to employees and the community.

As CEO, how do you evaluate the human resources and working environment at OVFP?

I have always believed that people are the foundation of success. At OVFP, we not only create jobs, but also create development opportunities.

We invest in training, health care, skills development and leadership development for our employees, especially our female employees. When they feel safe, respected and have opportunities to advance, they bring positive energy to the whole system.

How do you perceive the journey of "bringing Vietnamese values to the world"?

ofi believes in the strength of Vietnam as a country rich in agricultural potential, with hardworking and creative people.

The OVFP factory is just a small piece of that big picture. Each Vietnamese cashew, macadamia or peanut product is processed right in Dong Nai with modern technology and a sense of responsibility, portraying a positive image of Vietnam's sustainable agriculture.

Thank you!
