"To be worthy of that trust, I will devote all my heart, mind and strength, strive to fulfill assigned tasks well, constantly practice to maintain political mettle, uphold the spirit of responsibility, be proactive, creative, innovative, and honest in public service ethics, wholeheartedly turn pressure into motivation to stay close to the grassroots, be close to and respect the people, listen and be open to learning," said Mr. Trung.

Mr. Trung said he would wholeheartedly devote himself, always putting the interests of the Party, the people and the capital first and foremost.
