Besides, the source of land for filling is scarce, the landslide situation on the banks of the Krong No River continues to be complicated, affecting people's infrastructure and production.
Many key projects have not received investment attention; traffic infrastructure in many localities is degraded and damaged... Some site clearance projects are still slow, affecting construction progress...

At the meeting, the communes proposed that the province pay attention to supporting in removing difficulties; supplementing the list of medium-term public investment projects for the period 2026 - 2030; allocating capital to pay off project debts and invest in infrastructure for the Public Administration Service Center; investing in upgrading and expanding National Highway 28...

At the meeting, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches received, explained and discussed to clarify some recommendations of the communes. At the same time, they requested the communes to speed up the site clearance work and hand over to investors to implement the projects; have solutions to limit landslides on the banks of the Krong No River... Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Ngoc Hiep requested: The Department of Finance to review and soon award bonuses for implementing the new rural construction program to the communes. Concluding the working session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and responsible spirit of the Party Committees and authorities of the communes in implementing the tasks of socio- economic development and organizing the local government at two levels in the past time. At the same time, he suggested that, regarding personnel work, localities need to be proactive and flexible in arranging and assigning to ensure the apparatus operates effectively.

Regarding the land sector, especially the settlement of related procedures and documents, Chairman Ho Van Muoi requested that communes should learn from Duc An commune in establishing a community online public service team to facilitate implementation and guidance for people. The Department of Home Affairs should take Duc An commune's model as a model to replicate in other localities. Regarding the commune's office buildings, the province will prioritize allocating repair funds to communes that are in real difficulty and in urgent need.

Faced with the deterioration of some key and connecting roads, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant communes to coordinate in planning and proposing timely repairs and upgrades to facilitate travel and freight transport, promoting local socio-economic development. Communes need to update resettlement planning to serve future site clearance work.

Regarding the cultural field, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi requested that for national historical relics, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism needs to synthesize, compile statistics, and calculate to propose conservation and maintenance. Communes should be proactive in organizing events and festivals, preserving and promoting the cultural values of the nation.

Regarding the disbursement of public investment capital, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that communes must be determined, resolute, proactive and flexible in propaganda and mobilization for site clearance.
