From November 24 to 30, the Autumn Economic Forum 2025 will take place in Ho Chi Minh City. This is the largest international event of the year organized by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, under the direct direction of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
With the theme “Green transformation in the digital age”, the Autumn Economic Forum 2025 is expected to gather more than 1,500 domestic and international delegates, with key activities taking place continuously from November 25 to 27.
The Forum is accompanied by the World Economic Forum (WEF), with the participation of prestigious international organizations and institutions such as UNESCO, World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), International Monetary Fund (IMF), International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Centers for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) in the WEF global network...
On the Vietnamese side, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son, along with leaders of central ministries, branches, Ho Chi Minh City and localities, will directly attend activities within the framework of the Forum.
On the international side, the Government and the city officially invited leaders of governments of countries, leaders of ministries, branches and international localities, along with more than 500 high-ranking guests from innovation centers, international organizations, universities, research institutes and multinational corporations.
In particular, Mr. Stephan Mergenthaler, Executive Director of WEF, along with leaders of WEF departments and centers, will directly attend and co-organize many activities within the framework of the Autumn Economic Forum, including discussion sessions, high-level policy dialogues with the Prime Minister of Vietnam, luncheons with government leaders, etc.
WEF's deep participation and companionship at this Forum demonstrates its interest and commitment to promoting strategic cooperation between WEF and Vietnam in general, as well as with Ho Chi Minh City in particular, in the coming time.
The event also gathered a large number of prestigious experts, scholars and policymakers who are directly leading the global green and digital transformation trends, thereby affirming the role of Ho Chi Minh City as a center for international dialogue and connection on sustainable development and smart economy in the region.

Many outstanding activities at the Autumn Economic Forum 2025
Held at Thiskyhall Sala (An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), the Autumn Economic Forum 2025 will feature many high-level activities throughout the three days of November 25, 26 and 27.
Opening the series of activities on November 25, WEF Executive Director Stephan Mergenthaler directly shared and inspired young people, the young business community and startups about the global vision in promoting green - digital transformation and developing a smart economy at the Talkshow "Intelligent Generation NOW".
In the afternoon of the same day, the CEO500 Tea Party - Tea Connect took place, a high-level dialogue space between the Vietnamese Government and the city with more than 500 domestic and international business leaders.
On November 26, Government leaders and high-ranking delegates will have lunch and discuss the topic of Cooperation for Green Goals in the Digital Age towards a Smart Economy. In the afternoon, the Prime Minister of Vietnam and WEF leaders will have a high-level policy dialogue on the topic "Science and Technology Shaping Vietnam in the Age of Growth".
November 27 will be a day of activities focusing on connecting, experiencing and enhancing international cooperation. Ho Chi Minh City will also have the opportunity to introduce outstanding businesses, as well as the technology and innovation ecosystem that is developing strongly in Vietnam in general and in the city in particular, to connect investment and enhance cooperation between parties.
These activities demonstrate the City's commitment to long-term cooperation with the international community, while honoring the spirit of connection - creativity - integration, making the Autumn Economic Forum an international dialogue event with regional influence.
