170 students updated on new tax policies

- During 2 days (November 10 and 11), the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion organized a training course on Tax "Updating new tax policies and preventing tax risks for businesses in 2025".

The training was attended by 170 trainees representing the Provincial Business Association; Lang Son Province Investment and Startup Club; leaders and accountants of enterprises and cooperatives in the province; and representatives of enterprises converted from Business Households.

At the training course, the trainees were informed of the following contents: updating regulations on electronic invoices and documents according to Decree 70/2025/ND-CP, Circular No. 32/2025/TT-BTC; updating VAT policies according to Law No. 48/2024/QH15, Decree No. 181/2025/ND-CP, Circular 69/2025/TT-BTC; risks of non-cash payments according to new tax policies; new tax policies on e-commerce; updating corporate income tax policies according to Law No. 67/2025/QH15.

Through training, it helps businesses and cooperatives in the province improve their awareness, capacity, and compliance with current tax policies; equip them with in-depth knowledge of risks related to invoices, documents, and common errors in the settlement process; and update important changes in tax policies in 2025. This is also an opportunity for businesses and cooperatives to exchange and answer practical questions, contribute to removing difficulties, proactively limit risks, and have appropriate implementation plans.
