The training course was attended by 170 participants, including representatives from the Provincial Business Association; the Lang Son Provincial Investment and Entrepreneurship Club; leaders and accountants of businesses and cooperatives in the province; and representatives of businesses that have converted from household businesses.
During the training course, participants were provided with the following content: updated regulations on electronic invoices and documents according to Decree 70/2025/ND-CP and Circular 32/2025/TT-BTC; updated VAT tax policy according to Law 48/2024/QH15, Decree 181/2025/ND-CP, and Circular 69/2025/TT-BTC; risks of cashless payments under the new tax policy; new tax policy on e-commerce; and updated corporate income tax policy according to Law 67/2025/QH15.
Through this training, businesses and cooperatives in the province will improve their awareness and capacity to comply with current tax policies; gain in-depth knowledge about risks related to invoices and documents, common errors in the tax settlement process; and update themselves on important changes to tax policies in 2025. This is also an opportunity for businesses and cooperatives to exchange ideas, address practical issues, and contribute to resolving difficulties, proactively mitigating risks, and developing appropriate implementation plans.
