On the afternoon of November 10, in Hanoi, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh chaired the meeting of the Organizing Committee of Happy Fest 2025.

Attending the meeting were Director of the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information Pham Anh Tuan; Director of the Department of Performing Arts Nguyen Xuan Bac; representatives of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports , the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and related units.

Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 is chaired by the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with relevant units, and is expected to take place over 3 days in December 2025 at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, Hanoi .

The festival with the overall idea of ​​the event is the Road of Happiness with many meaningful experiences. The Road of Happiness with the journey is a series of 14 activities that will start from Le Thai To street to Dinh Tien Hoang street, Hang Khay and end at the stage at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc square.

Within the framework of Vietnam Happy Fest 2025, a series of unique experiential activities will take place in the walking street of Hoan Kiem Lake (Hanoi), bringing the public a colorful journey of happiness.

Director of the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information Pham Anh Tuan reports on the progress of preparations for the Festival.

The first highlight is the "Happiness in Every Moment" screening room, where viewers can feel happiness from simple stories in life. On the "Road to Happiness", outstanding photos from the Happy Vietnam Awards are displayed, depicting happiness from many perspectives - from family warmth to creative passion.

Visitors can capture memories in the digital photo booth, send wishes through the "Send happiness to tomorrow" activity or hang messages on the "Happiness Tree" - a symbol connecting simple joys. The display booths and brand interactions also contribute to spreading the spirit of creativity and community values.

In addition, the "Happiness" seminar and the "Happiness Prism" space will gather many speakers and photographers from home and abroad, sharing perspectives, experiences, and journeys to find happiness through art.

One of the special highlights is the program "More than love" with a joint wedding ceremony of 80 couples. The festival also has the activity "Sharing happiness" with humanitarian blood donation, the art night Vietnam Happy Concert 2025 and will close with the ceremony of lighting up happiness, spreading the message "Happy Vietnam" to international friends.

At the meeting, representatives of the organizing unit reported in detail on the plan to organize programs and events at Vietnam Happy Fest 2025. Representatives of relevant units also spoke and clarified the work related to the preparation of the Festival.

After listening to opinions and concluding the meeting, Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh requested the Departments of Grassroots Information and External Information and related units to closely coordinate and carefully prepare for Vietnam Happy Fest 2025.

The Opening Ceremony must be impressive and have highlights. In addition to the main activities at the event, the activities taking place in the evening need to be designed to be unique and attractive, creating a spread and attracting a large number of people and tourists to participate.

The Permanent Deputy Minister noted that activities at the Vietnam Happiness Day must contribute to proving to the world that Vietnam is a happy country and that Vietnamese people are always happy with that.

Besides, the Festival also helps every Vietnamese person feel their own happiness, see that they are happy and at the same time show the way and path to happiness.

Regarding the art program, the Deputy Minister requested that the performances should exude a joyful, positive spirit, full of happy emotions.

Units need to coordinate smoothly, proactively and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles during the implementation process.

Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh also requested to organize the Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 well, creating the premise and foundation to gradually turn the event into an international brand, contributing to spreading the message of happiness of Vietnam to the world. Thereby, attracting international tourists to Vietnam to experience happiness, while contributing to building the capital Hanoi into a "City of Happiness".
