The first-ever Vietnamese Business Culture Values ​​Code has been announced.

On the afternoon of November 10th, the Vietnam Association for the Development of Corporate Culture (VNABC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, held a press conference to introduce the "Annual National Forum on Culture with Businesses" and the 5th Annual Awards and Recognition Ceremony for Businesses in 2025, in response to the "Building Vietnamese Corporate Culture" campaign launched by the Prime Minister (2016-2024).

With the theme "Vietnamese Business Culture - Shaped by Breakthrough Thinking in the New Era," according to the Organizing Committee, this year's "Annual National Forum on Culture with Businesses" has special significance in concretizing the spirit of Resolution 68-NQ/TW on the development of the private economy , affirming the role of business culture as a new driving force for the sustainable development of the country.

Speaking at the press conference, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy emphasized: The forum is not only a place for meetings and exchanges between management agencies and businesses, but also has the pivotal task of spreading messages and encouraging the dedication of Vietnamese businesses on their journey to building a sustainable, humane, and responsible business culture. At the same time, through the forum, the Organizing Committee hopes to convey a positive message and contribute to spreading the good values ​​of Vietnamese corporate culture.

At the press conference, Mr. Mac Quoc Anh - Vice Chairman and General Secretary of the Hanoi Small and Medium Enterprises Association; Head of the Organizing Committee of the annual National Forum on Culture with Businesses, stated that this year, for the first time, VNABC is announcing the Vietnam - Hanoi 2025 Business Culture Values ​​Framework. This is a groundbreaking effort to establish a comprehensive system of standards, creating a reference framework for Vietnamese businesses to build sustainable business culture, meeting the requirements of integration and development in the new era.

Overview of the press conference

Accordingly, this set of values ​​includes the following main component groups: Fundamental ideological values; Core values; behavioral norms; business ethics principles; and criteria for implementing corporate culture.

In addition, the Forum will have two content sessions:

Session 1 - Identifying Breakthrough Thinking Impacting Vietnamese Business Culture focuses on discussing breakthrough thinking from recent resolutions that have impacted Vietnamese business culture. Simultaneously, it identifies opportunities and advantages arising from these breakthrough ideas for the development of Vietnamese business culture in the new era, while also pointing out potential risks and challenges in this new era.

Session 2 - Shaping and Developing Vietnamese Business Culture in the New Era: Shaping Vietnamese business culture values ​​from breakthrough thinking in the new era focuses on discussing the advantages and difficulties faced by businesses in building and developing Vietnamese business culture values ​​from breakthrough thinking in the new era. Solutions and recommendations for developing Vietnamese business culture to ensure sustainable business development in the new era.

Simultaneously, within the framework of the Forum, the Organizing Committee will announce and award certificates to businesses that meet the standards of Vietnamese business culture in 2025; honor outstanding businesses that respond to the "Building Vietnamese Business Culture" campaign launched by the Prime Minister (2016-2024); and launch the Club of Businesses Meeting the Standards of Vietnamese Business Culture and the Club of Journalists on Business Culture.
