First time announcing the Vietnamese Business Cultural Values ​​Set

On the afternoon of November 10, the Vietnam Association for the Development of Corporate Culture (VNABC) coordinated with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to hold a press conference to introduce the "Annual National Forum on Culture with Enterprises" and the 5th Award and Honoring of Enterprises in 2025 in response to the Campaign "Building Vietnamese Corporate Culture" launched by the Prime Minister (2016 - 2024 period).

With the theme "Vietnamese Business Culture - Shaped from Breakthrough Thinking in the New Era", according to the Organizing Committee, this year's "Annual National Forum on Culture with Enterprises" has special significance in concretizing the spirit of Resolution 68-NQ/TW on private economic development, affirming the role of business culture as a new driving force for sustainable development of the country.

Speaking at the press conference, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy emphasized: The Forum is not only a place for meeting and exchanging between management agencies and businesses, but also has the main task of spreading messages, encouraging and motivating the spirit of dedication of Vietnamese businesses on the journey of building a sustainable, humane and responsible business culture. At the same time, through the forum, the Organizing Committee hopes to convey a positive message, contributing to spreading the good values ​​of Vietnamese business culture.

At the press conference, Mr. Mac Quoc Anh - Vice President and General Secretary of the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises; Head of the Organizing Committee of the Annual National Forum on Culture with Enterprises said that this year, for the first time, VNABC announced the Set of Values ​​for Vietnamese Business Culture - Hanoi 2025. This is a breakthrough effort to establish a comprehensive system of standards, creating a reference framework for Vietnamese enterprises to build a sustainable business culture, meeting the requirements of integration and development in the new era.

Accordingly, this Set of Values ​​includes the following main components: Fundamental ideological values; Core values; behavioral standards; Business ethics principles; Criteria for implementing corporate culture.

In addition, the Forum will have two content sessions:

Session 1 - Identifying breakthrough thinking that impacts Vietnamese business culture focuses on discussing breakthrough thinking from recent Resolutions that impact Vietnamese business culture. At the same time, identify opportunities and advantages from breakthrough thinking to develop Vietnamese business culture in the new era. Point out risks and challenges in the new era.

Session 2 - Shaping and developing Vietnamese business culture in the new era: Shaping the value of Vietnamese business culture from breakthrough thinking in the new era focuses on discussing the advantages and difficulties of enterprises in the process of building and developing Vietnamese business culture values ​​from breakthrough thinking in the new era. At the same time, within the framework of the Forum, the Organizing Committee will announce and award certificates of enterprises meeting Vietnamese business culture standards 2025; Honor typical enterprises responding to the Campaign "Building Vietnamese corporate culture" launched by the Prime Minister (2016 - 2024 period).
