Dozens of Michelin-starred chefs from around the world will gather in Vietnam at the end of November for the "100 Flavors × Dinner Incredible 2025 Week", bringing Vietnamese cuisine closer to international high-end standards.

At the end of November, Vietnam will become the center of the global culinary world when 13 Michelin-starred chefs and many famous chefs from Europe, Japan, the Middle East and Asia gather at the 100 Flavors × Dinner Incredible Vietnam 2025 Week. The event takes place from November 23 to 30, marking a rare milestone in the journey to bring Vietnamese cuisine closer to the world 's high-class standards.

One of the most renowned 3 Michelin star chefs, Jacob Jan Boerma stands out in the international culinary world with his innovative style and inspiration from high quality ingredients.

Originating in Italy and having traveled to Rome, Tokyo, Singapore and New York, Chef Giorgio Diana's Dinner Incredible project has built a reputation in the international fine dining world. Returning to Asia this November, Vietnam was chosen as the next stop - after the spectacular Dinner Incredible 7 in Saudi Arabia in September 2025.

The biggest highlight of the week is the presence of 13 Michelin-starred chefs, including famous names such as: Jacob Jan Boerma, Thomas Bühner, Bruno Menard, Thierry Voisin, Stylianos Arakas, Alvin Leung all own 3 Michelin stars; Giovanni Solofra, Florence Dalia, Michael Lee own 2 Michelin stars; and Massimiliano Sena, Tim Golsteijn, Michael Bao owns 1 Michelin star.

Thomas Bühner is a German 3-Michelin-starred chef, known for his high technical skills and modern culinary vision. He is often associated with the La Vie restaurant in Osnabrück (Germany).

Together with Founder Giorgio Diana, the team of chefs will create new dishes from local Vietnamese ingredients such as Central Vietnam sea fish, Northwest forest vegetables, and typical tropical spices... to tell the story of Vietnamese culture, history and people through each dish.

In recent years, Vietnam has received strong international media attention after Michelin Guide published a list of restaurants in Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. The rapid development of the fine dining market, combined with rich ingredients and cultural depth, has helped Vietnam become a "fertile land" for high-end culinary creation.

According to the organizers, the simultaneous return of dozens of Michelin chefs to Vietnam is the clearest proof of the growing status of Vietnamese cuisine, from world-famous street food to international-class fine dining restaurants.

Spirit: Recreating the spirit of royal banquet, blending world haute cuisine and the cultural heritage of the ancient capital of Hue.

Each night is staged as a "symphony" of food, light and music. The dishes are presented in a unique design, turning each plate into a work of art.
