The Board of Directors of Masan Consumer Corporation (Masan Consumer, stock code: MCH) has just approved the process of obtaining shareholder opinions in writing regarding the issuance of shares from equity capital.

Accordingly, Masan Consumer will issue bonus shares at a ratio of 1,000:225, meaning shareholders owning 1,000 shares on the record date will receive 225 new shares.

With over 1 billion shares outstanding, Masan Consumer plans to issue an additional 237.8 million bonus shares, raising its charter capital after the issuance to VND 12,945 billion. The funding for this issuance will be sourced from undistributed profits exceeding VND 3,835 billion.

Recently, on November 5th, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) announced that it had received the initial listing application from MCH. Specifically, with a charter capital of over VND 10,676 billion, Masan Consumer will register to list more than 1 billion shares on the HOSE. The listing application advisor is Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company.

In terms of business performance, in the first nine months of 2025, the company recorded revenue of approximately VND 21,480 billion; and after-tax profit of VND 4,660 billion.

In 2025, Masan Consumer aims for net revenue of VND 33,500 - VND 35,500 billion and after-tax profit of VND 7,300 - VND 7,800 billion. This year's dividend payout ratio will be drawn from the company's retained earnings, with a maximum of 60%, compared to a 95% cash dividend in 2024.
