Algerian Prime Minister arrives at the airport to welcome Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife.

Right at the airport, Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb presided over the welcoming ceremony for Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, his wife and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation visiting Algeria.

On the afternoon of November 18 (local time), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh , his wife and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation arrived at Houari Boumediene International Airport in Alger, beginning an official visit to Algeria from November 18-20 at the invitation of Algerian Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb.

With special respect, Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb welcomed Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife at the foot of the plane's stairs. Then, Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb presided over the official welcoming ceremony for Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, his wife and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation.

As Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh arrived at the position of honor, the Vietnamese National Anthem was played. Afterwards, Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb invited Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to review the guard of honor.

The two Prime Ministers introduced the Algerian and Vietnamese delegations attending the welcoming ceremony. At the end of the welcoming ceremony, after a brief exchange between the two Prime Ministers, the Algerian Prime Minister saw Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh off at the car park.

It is expected that on November 19, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will hold official talks with the Prime Minister of Algeria and meet with senior leaders of this country.

Although geographically far apart, Vietnam and Algeria have had a long-standing relationship, especially in the process of fighting together to gain and protect each country's national independence.

After more than 60 years, the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Algeria has been continuously strengthened and developed well in many fields.
