The General Secretary inspected the implementation of two projects: the traffic route to Hon Khoai Island and the Hon Khoai Dual-Use Port. The projects, implemented by the Navy and the 12th Army Corps, were started on August 19, 2025. These are all projects of special importance and strategic significance for sustainable development, while contributing to ensuring national defense and security for the southernmost region of the Fatherland.
