According to the report of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the whole province has 95 typical villages, hamlets and neighborhoods selected for the provincial leaders to attend and celebrate with the people. At each place, the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented flowers and gifts to commend the collective of villages, hamlets and neighborhoods along with 5 typical cultural families. At the same time, in the remaining villages, hamlets and neighborhoods of the province, the People's Committees of communes and wards also selected typical villages, hamlets and neighborhoods and typical cultural families to commend.
Comrade Ha Anh Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, said: This year's festival, in addition to being organized in each residential area, many localities, depending on their conditions, have chosen to organize it in the form of inter-residential areas. However, all festivals are guaranteed to be chaired by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, ward and the Front Work Committee with the participation of local people. The content of the festival ensures both the ceremony and the festival according to the instructions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
During the festival program, depending on conditions and mobilization capacity, each residential area mobilized from 40 to more than 400 gifts worth from 200,000 VND to 1 million VND to help people in difficult circumstances, support funding to build solid houses for people; mobilize people to contribute to support compatriots to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, support the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels...
