The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission inspected the implementation of important resolutions of the Politburo in Tran Van Thoi commune.

Implementing Plan No. 19-KH/TU, dated November 10, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on inspecting the dissemination, propaganda and concretization of important resolutions of the Politburo (Resolutions No. 57, 59, 66, 68, 70, 71 and 72), on November 18, 2025, Working Group No. 2 led by Comrade Vo Van Luc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, inspected Tran Van Thoi commune.

Previously, the Working Group inspected the Party Cell of Hamlet 4. The Party Cell has 137 Party members, of which 43 are exempt from Party activities, are elderly, retired, or disabled; the rate of Party Cell members participating in studying the 7 resolutions reached 95.4%, and basically, the comrades have a firm grasp of the contents of the resolutions; the Party Cell is continuing to deeply and widely deploy them among members, union members, and the people.

According to the Party Committee's report, the Commune Party Committee has 74 affiliated Party cells with 2,016 Party members. The rate of cadres and Party members participating in studying and thoroughly grasping important resolutions of the Politburo reached over 98%; the work of propagating the contents of the resolutions to union members, association members and the People was seriously implemented, the participation rate was high, the forms of propaganda were diverse and rich through the commune's radio system, electronic information page, social networks, association and union activities..., in general, the basic subjects grasped the content of the resolutions.

In addition to the achieved results, the implementation still faces some difficulties: Some contents of the resolution are specialized and difficult to implement synchronously; service resources are limited; the capacity to apply information technology of a part of officials and people does not meet the requirements of digital transformation.

In his concluding remarks, comrade Vo Van Luc acknowledged the serious preparation of the locality. He requested the Party Committee to continue to complete the report, promote the achieved results in the context of implementing the 2-level local government model, pay attention to training and improving the professional skills of the staff; strengthen propaganda, especially for party members who have not participated in studying the resolution, ensuring suitability for each subject, and be determined to bring the Party's resolution into life.

On behalf of the Commune Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen The Chau, Secretary of the Party Committee, thanked the Working Group for pointing out a number of shortcomings and limitations of the locality. He affirmed that in the coming time, the resolutions will continue to be concretized into specific programs and tasks that are close to the actual situation. The Party Committee will promote the spirit of solidarity and determination to successfully complete the assigned targets and tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
