- On November 10th, the Party Committee of Dong Dang commune organized a program to raise funds for computers and equip the villages in the area with computers.

Dong Dang is a border commune comprising 36 villages. Currently, none of the villages in the area are equipped with computers for administrative work, record management, data updating, and information transmission.
