Deployment of customs declaration tracking function

On November 10, the Customs Branch of Region XII announced that the Customs Department has just deployed the function of looking up customs declaration information on the Customs Department's electronic information portal, allowing people and businesses to monitor online the customs procedure processing of shipments from the time of declaration registration until customs clearance of goods.

To look up information on the status of a declaration, citizens and businesses can access the lookup function at: https://www.customs.gov.vn/index. Here, citizens and businesses enter the declaration number, business code and ID card number/personal identification number of the business owner according to the business registration.

The introduction of the online declaration information lookup function (updated every 15 minutes) helps businesses proactively and promptly grasp the status of declaration processing, classification results, tax amounts, inspection completion time, licensing time, goods passing through the surveillance area... Thanks to that, all information about the processing results of the customs authority is promptly and transparently disclosed to businesses, supporting businesses to be proactive in customs clearance and quick delivery of goods.
