Implement the customs declaration tracking function.

On November 10th, the Customs Sub-Department of Region XII announced that the Customs Department has launched a function to look up customs declaration information on the Customs Department's electronic portal, allowing citizens and businesses to track online the customs clearance process of their shipments from the time of declaration registration to the time of goods clearance.

To check the status of a customs declaration, citizens and businesses can access the lookup function at: https://www.customs.gov.vn/index. Here, citizens and businesses enter the declaration number, business code, and the ID card/personal identification number of the business owner as registered in the business registration.

The introduction of the online declaration information lookup function (updated every 15 minutes) allows businesses to proactively and promptly grasp the status of declaration processing, classification results, tax amounts, inspection completion times, licensing times, and times when goods pass through the customs supervision area. As a result, all information regarding the customs authority's processing results is publicly and transparently disclosed to businesses, supporting them in proactively handling customs clearance and ensuring faster goods delivery.
