Vietnam - Korea Business and Investment Association promotes training and investment cooperation in Lao Cai

Continuing the working program in the province, on the afternoon of November 10, the working delegation of the Vietnam - Korea Business and Investment Association (VKBIA) led by Mr. Tran Hai Linh - Chairman of the Association, visited and worked to promote cooperation in training and labor.

At Yen Bai Vocational College, with the participation of leaders of the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Foreign Affairs, the delegation of the Vietnam - Korea Business and Investment Association had a direct exchange with the school's board of directors.

Comrade Tran Hai Linh - Chairman of the Vietnam - Korea Business and Investment Association spoke at the meeting.

The school leaders introduced the multi-disciplinary training capacity (college, intermediate, primary) with key occupations such as: automotive technology, industrial electricity, welding, tourism ... along with many scholarship policies and commitments to introduce jobs to students.

On this occasion, Yen Bai Vocational College proposed the Vietnam - Korea Business and Investment Association to support training of Korean language teachers to serve student exchange and labor export; at the same time, coordinate recruitment and training of human resources according to the actual needs of businesses; support updating knowledge and transferring new technology in building training programs.

Representatives of Yen Bai Vocational College signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with Korean universities and enterprises.

At the end of the afternoon working trip, the delegation visited Unico Global Yen Bai Co., Ltd. in Au Lau Industrial Park. This is one of the Korean enterprises operating effectively in the province. The visit aimed to survey the actual working environment, thereby further strengthening the commitment of the Vietnam - Korea Business and Investment Association in supporting Korean enterprises that are investing and will invest in the locality.
