Many tasks from Resolution 57 have been completed by Tay Ninh.

By October 2025, Tay Ninh had completed 90 tasks and was carrying out 76 assigned tasks.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned 53 targets and 235 specific tasks to departments, branches and localities. Of these, 32 targets (60.38%) and 88 tasks (37.45%) have been completed.

Departments and branches have organized the consolidation of 35 digital platforms, ensuring a two-level government model and unified implementation throughout the province. In the database sector alone, the province currently has 112 specialized databases, of which 69 have been built and put into use (35 merged databases, 34 not yet merged), 43 databases are under construction. Investment in infrastructure and information technology equipment to serve digital transformation has been promoted and completed.

Tay Ninh has also completed the data infrastructure, upgraded the Data Center to meet level 3 safety standards, and synchronously operated Tay Ninh Smart, Tay Ninh IOC, and System 1022.

Tay Ninh Smart application alone has had more than 237,000 installations, IOC Operation Center has updated 602/957 indexes in the Index Set serving the management of the Provincial People's Committee.

On the National Public Service Portal, the rate of online application submission reached 99.6%, online payment reached 99.73%, digitalized application reached 99.65%, and people's satisfaction rate reached 99%. Currently, the province has connected with 13/16 national databases through the national data integration and sharing platform.

In the business sector, Tay Ninh has granted certificates to 26 science and technology enterprises, supported the incubation of 6 innovative startup projects, and issued a plan to incubate 10 new startup projects. The whole province has more than 540 digital technology enterprises with over 5,700 employees.

Striving for digital transformation, Tay Ninh is among the better group in the country.

Recently, the People's Council of Tay Ninh province issued a resolution approving the project to implement breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in Tay Ninh province in the 2025 - 2030 period.

The project aims to make science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation three central pillars and important driving forces for the development and growth of Tay Ninh province by 2030.

Thereby ensuring effective implementation of assigned tasks and goals according to Resolution No. 57/NQ-TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

The project aims to orient science and technology in Tay Ninh province to develop in a modern direction, linked to practice, prioritizing the application of high technology and digital technology in production, business and management, improving the operational efficiency of the innovation system. Gradually forming a synchronous science and technology market, developing local scientific potential in infrastructure, human resources, organization and research.

At the same time, develop innovation in a synchronous and effective manner with enterprises as the center, ensuring inter-sectoral cooperation between institutes - schools - enterprises - investors. Support the development of start-ups, technology enterprises and innovation intermediary organizations.

Tay Ninh will accelerate digital transformation on all three pillars, including effective and efficient digital government, digital economy as a driving force for growth, and digital society as a new, connected and people-centered development environment. Forming a digital platform, digital data, synchronous, safe, and seamlessly connected digital infrastructure. Promoting the central role of people and businesses in the digital transformation process.

By 2030, Tay Ninh province's science and technology, innovation and digital transformation are expected to be among the best in the country.

In recent times, Tay Ninh has also organized many programs and seminars, synthesizing solutions from experts, scientists, businesses, and people to continue developing science and technology, innovating and applying digital transformation in many fields.

Currently, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province has issued a plan to organize the international forum ASIA R&D CONNECT 2025 in December 2025 with the theme: "Science, technology, innovation and digital transformation - The driving force for Tay Ninh's development, regional connectivity and international integration in the era of growth".

Developing Tay Ninh through innovation and digital transformation
