On the basis of merging the two grassroots trade unions of the old Long An and Tay Ninh Power Company, the Trade Unions at all levels always pay attention to and well implement activities; accompany professionals, workers and the community, society, ... to minimize difficulties in labor production, stabilize the team of workers and employees, and complete the targets set out in the Resolution of the Congress for the term 2023-2028 (2023-2025).

In the 2023-2028 term (2023-2025 period), the Tay Ninh Power Company's grassroots trade union manages 2,069 union members at 27 affiliated trade unions; of which, there are 294 female union members, accounting for 14.2%. During the term, the trade union introduced and admitted 55 outstanding union members to the Party.

In order to create conditions for union members and workers to perform their duties well and strive to fulfill production and business targets, the Union coordinates with professionals to launch emulation movements; constantly strives to implement many measures such as accelerating customer development, load development, shortening power outage time, reducing incidents, completing basic construction plans, repairing and upgrading the power grid, programs to bring electricity to rural areas, improving the quality of electricity to serve customers and especially reducing power loss, etc.

In 2025, although the company's human resource organization has many changes, especially after the administrative boundary merger, the company still ensures that 100% of employees have enough jobs, there are no cases of waiting for work or quitting due to lack of work; the income of employees and workers has gradually improved, each year is higher than the previous year.

The Union Shelter and Colleague House Program in the past term has supported the construction and repair of union members' and workers' houses from the Group's social support fund and contributions from workers... bringing very practical meaning to workers' families with housing difficulties, helping them to settle down, find work, and be more attached to the industry.

On behalf of the Southern Power Corporation Trade Union, Vice Chairman of the Southern Power Corporation Trade Union Nguyen Minh Chau acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Tay Ninh Power Company's grassroots Trade Union in the past term.

Mr. Vo Duy Linh was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Tay Ninh Electricity Company, term 2025-2030.

The Congress announced the appointment decision of the Standing Committee of the Southern Power Corporation's Trade Union. Accordingly, 13 people were appointed to the Executive Committee and 5 people to the Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Mr. Vo Duy Linh was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the company's Trade Union.
