Disseminate the law and protect union members' rights

Mastering the law is the luggage that helps union members and workers protect their own rights. Therefore, trade unions at all levels have continuously promoted propaganda and dissemination of the law in many flexible and practical forms.

Through each legal propaganda session, workers are equipped with more legal knowledge.

In order to equip union members and workers with legal knowledge to protect their legitimate rights and interests, the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) has just organized a conference to disseminate and popularize the law at Hansol Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd., with the participation of nearly 450 union members and workers. At the conference, lecturers provided advice on many practical contents related to the Trade Union Law, labor law, health care policies, occupational safety and hygiene, etc.

In the context of an increasingly dynamic and volatile labor market, mastering legal knowledge is not only a right but also an important "shield" to help workers protect themselves against risks at work.

Realizing that, trade unions at all levels have been promoting the dissemination of laws to union members and workers in many diverse and practical forms. In 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor aims to organize 32 classes to disseminate laws to about 6,500 union members and workers. To date, more than 15 classes have been deployed in units, enterprises and industrial parks in the area.

The content of legal propaganda focuses on: Law on Vietnam Fatherland Front and documents related to monitoring and social criticism activities, Law on Grassroots Democracy Implementation, Land Law, Communication of draft policies and other legal documents.

These activities not only contribute to raising awareness and sense of law compliance among workers, civil servants and laborers, but also become a solid foundation to help union members become more confident and proactive in work and life.

We will continue to implement more practical activities, ensuring that all union members have the opportunity to be equipped with the necessary legal knowledge.

Providing legal knowledge to union members not only helps each individual improve their understanding and protect their own legal rights, but also contributes to building a strong union organization that operates in accordance with its functions and duties. When union members have a good grasp of the law, they will be more confident in participating in union activities and resolving issues arising at the workplace legally and effectively.

Therefore, continuing to study, disseminate and apply legal knowledge needs to become a regular and practical task for each union member, contributing to building a fair, civilized and sustainable working environment.
