National Finals of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025

The 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Championship National Finals will feature the participation of 16 of the best teams in the country. This is also an opportunity for union members to enhance their sports training and exchange at work.

The final round takes place from October 31 to November 2 with the participation of 16 excellent teams passing the 2 qualifying rounds in the North (6 teams) and South (10 teams).

16 teams are divided into 4 groups of equal strength, promising to bring many exciting matches to the audience.

The winning team of the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament will receive 200 million VND in prize money.

This year's finals have many exciting new features. Notably, the organizers will award "Best Player of the Match" for all 32 matches.

In addition, other accompanying units will provide free massage and physical recovery services for players right at the stadium, helping athletes achieve the best condition.

Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - delivered the opening speech of the National Final Round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025, affirming: "On behalf of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, I would like to congratulate and welcome the football teams participating in the National Final Round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025".

At the same time, it affirmed that this is an opportunity for civil servants, workers and public employees to participate in physical training, strengthen solidarity between workers and contribute to promoting the development of grassroots football and Vietnamese football.

According to Ms. Thai Thu Xuong, in recent years, the Party and the State, especially the trade union organization, have devoted many resources to taking care of the material and spiritual needs of union members and civil servants.

Trade unions at all levels have focused on implementing many solutions, taking care of protecting rights, contributing to ensuring jobs, improving living standards, increasing income, and improving the lives of workers. Especially union members and workers who have encountered natural disasters and epidemics.

Following the success of 2 seasons, the 3rd season with 40 teams nationwide registered to participate, shows the potential of workers for a playground to exchange and compete with each other.

"I believe the tournament will be a useful and prestigious playground, a day of solidarity for workers, encouraging and motivating workers to actively practice to improve their physical fitness and working spirit, promote business units, and develop the locality and the country," Ms. Thai Thu Xuong hopes.
